She born in Delhi in a bengali Family. She completed her graduation from University of Allahabad. She is Partner of Litem Lexin LLP.  She is working as a Paralegal more than 4 years. She has a vast experience about legal fields, Court Proceedings as well as training of law students. 

Dipasree Chanda Misra, a first generation Advocate Enrolled with Bar Council of West Bengal, in the year, 2007, She was born in Kolkata, and completed her studies in Balurghat. She join the Law Office of Abhijit Kumar Chattopadhyay , Advocate Supreme Court, in the year 2007, and started practices in High Court at Calcutta and as well as Supreme Court of India. She appeared in many criminal Cases in High Court Calcutta, presently She is working as Sr associates in Calcutta Chapter of the Litem Lexin LLP.

SWATI KHARB SAROHA , born in a Family of Defence Personnel. Her Father was in INDIAN NAVY. Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, she completed her studies from M.D University, Rohtak, in the years 2010, and completed her LLM from University of Kurukshetra, in the years 2012. She started practice Law in the year 2010, and Joined in the Law office of Abhijit Kumar Chattopadhyay, Advocate supreme Court, New Delhi.
Presently she works as one of the Sr. Associate of the firm. She has the vide expertise over the matters related to Civil & Criminal, , Family and Matrimonial Disputes, Consumer Disputes and Recovery of Debts for Banking; Financial Institutions and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She is known for his distinguished negotiation skills and extempore arguments. Her experience covers a wide range of litigations, legal consultancy and arbitrations. She possesses superb drafting skill and effective argumentation skill and unparallel client counseling skill. She has worked extensively in Civil and Corporate Litigation including Civil Suits related to recovery, Injunction, Specific Performance, Disputes related to Delhi Rent Control, Probate Petitions, Writs, Revisions, Review, Appeals etc. She practiced law before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Commission, State Commission, Consumer forums, DRT, DRAT, All District Courts of Delhi and before number of Arbitrators.
